Shipping

All items are shipped by parcel post with PostNord (only in Denmark), GLS (within the EU) or a global courier such as DHL / UPS / FedEx (outside of the EU). You can therefore follow your package via Track & Trace from dispatch until delivery. Once you have received the package, please inspect the goods. If the package and/or contents are damaged, contact us immediately at info@dahlman.com.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

All Dahlman pieces are made to order. Please allow additional production time before dispatch; you will receive Track & Trace details as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times shown at checkout reflect courier transit times after dispatch. Payment authorisation, customs clearance and peak‑season demand may extend overall lead time.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING RATES

Orders within Denmark

• Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK.

• Orders under 500 DKK: 49 DKK shipping fee.

• If a package is not picked up we charge a fee of 49 DKK.

Orders within the EU

• Free shipping on orders over 2,000 DKK (≈ 270 EUR).

• Orders under 2,000 DKK: 69 DKK (≈ 10 EUR) shipping fee.

• If a package is not picked up we charge a fee of 49 DKK / 10 EUR.

Rest of the World

Dahlman does not offer free shipping outside of the EU.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• If a package is not picked up we charge a fee of 10 EUR.

For orders to Australia, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, VAT and customs duties are included in the purchase price.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) may apply depending on your region and local customs legislation; these charges are at your own expense.
